Refund and Return Policy

At FJK By Farah Kadhimi, we take pride in crafting premium, sustainable womenswear that meets the highest standards of quality and design. We want you to love every piece you purchase from us. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to assist you with returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  3. Items marked as final sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  4. Custom-made or tailored pieces are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a defect

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at [farah@farahkadhimi.com] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  3. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [farah@farahkadhimi.com]. Provide details and photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve it promptly.
